Quality Control Specialist

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist joins Bosch's Quality Management & Methods team at the new Roseville semiconductor site. You will ensure product quality and ESD compliance across shop‑floor and laboratory operations, supporting the launch of silicon‑carbide chips on 200‑mm wafers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine ESD audits in cleanrooms and the QC laboratory, documenting workstation compliance and maintaining ESD measurement trends.
• Enter and review Inspection, Measurement & Testing (IMT) calibration data, update records, and ensure equipment traceability.
• Operate measurement and analytical equipment, coordinate calibration activities with vendors, and support advanced measurement projects.
• Prepare samples using mechanical polishing, cross‑sectioning, pre‑sputtering and, when experienced, PFIB techniques.
• Maintain lab tools, consumables, and sample traceability while adhering to safety, cleanroom, and ESD protocols.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow rigorous quality procedures.
• Experience in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment is advantageous.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to support advanced measurement activities and data analysis.
