Quality Control Inspector – Manufacturing

About the role

The Quality Control Inspector ensures that all products meet Stellix’s rigorous quality standards. You will focus on control valve inspections, support the Quality Management System, and work closely with engineering, suppliers, and customers to resolve non‑conformances.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming, in‑process, and final products.
• Conduct detailed control valve inspections, including arrival condition, in‑process, and final checks.
• Document non‑conformances, drive corrective actions, and track resolution through NCRs.
• Generate reports on throughput, error rates, and inspection statistics.
• Support supplier quality management and coordinate customer inspection activities.
• Maintain calibration records for measurement equipment and ensure tools are up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools accurately.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting.
• Effective communication skills to convey inspection results and recommendations.
