Quality Auditor

About the role

The Quality Auditor reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and works closely with the Operations team to ensure product quality across manufacturing processes. The role collaborates with engineering, maintenance, tool room and other functions to support corporate quality objectives while acting as a positive ambassador of company values.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations, Continuous Improvement and Engineering managers to investigate and resolve non‑conformance issues.
• Provide guidance and action plans to the production floor and lead investigations according to SOPs.
• Author and maintain quality system documents as directed by Quality Management.
• Develop and facilitate quality testing, training and analytical review of test data.
• Consult with suppliers and customers to verify that requirements are met.
• Facilitate MRP solutions commitments, track trends and close effectiveness checks.
• Lead special projects, customer‑specific initiatives, 5S activities and continuous‑improvement efforts.
• Perform inspections, containment duties and statistical process control (SPC) tasks.
• Identify safety gaps, drive corrective actions and support food‑safety verification activities.

Required profile

• At least three years of experience in a related manufacturing or quality environment (six months of parts inspection/auditing is a plus).
• Basic understanding of quality principles and ability to make decisions under guidance of the Quality Supervisor.
• Professional demeanor, strong teamwork orientation and ability to multitask.
• Willingness to receive training on IQMS navigation and gauge measurement techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and differentiate colors as required.
