Quality Assurance Software Testing Specialist

About the role

Profisee is looking for a Quality Assurance Software Testing Specialist to join its fast‑paced product development team. You will work closely with agile squads, QA leadership, and developers to ensure the reliability and performance of our Master Data Management SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in all sprint activities – backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Design, document, and execute manual test cases for new features and regression cycles.
• Log defects, track their resolution, and provide clear feedback to development teams.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts where applicable.
• Collaborate with the QA Director and other QA engineers to improve testing processes.
• Leverage Azure and cloud deployment knowledge to streamline movement from lab to production.
• Advocate for quality, raise early warnings on potential issues, and help prioritize work.

Required profile

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify edge‑case scenarios.
• Comfortable working in a disciplined start‑up mentality within a larger organization.
• Willingness to learn the Profisee platform (Web and Windows clients) quickly.
• Strong communication skills for daily stand‑ups and sprint reviews.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud platforms or SaaS environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with Test‑Driven Development (TDD) concepts.
• Manual testing expertise.
• Automation testing experience (a plus).
