Quality Assurance Engineer – Key

About the role

Amazon Key is expanding its secure package‑delivery service and needs a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the highest product quality across software, hardware, and firmware components. You will design and execute test plans that validate end‑to‑end customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test suites for front‑end, hardware devices, and backend services.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests across all product areas.
• Identify, isolate, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with software engineers to understand architecture and implementation details.
• Advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance engineering.
• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Experience leading QA efforts on medium to large projects.
• Strong ability to work with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑changing environment.
• Passionate about test automation and proactive communication.
