QA/QC Supervisor (Quality Assurance / Quality Control)

About the role

EOSOL is seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to lead quality activities on a solar photovoltaic project in Kentucky. You will ensure that construction processes, materials, and installations comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise QA/QC activities throughout project execution.
• Monitor construction work to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
• Conduct inspections of materials, installations, and workmanship.
• Identify non‑conformities and manage corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, reports, and quality records.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams to meet quality requirements.
• Support audits and quality assessments during execution.
• Ensure implementation of project quality procedures and standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a QA/QC Supervisor in construction, industrial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspections, and QA/QC procedures.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Local candidates or professionals holding a TN Visa are welcome.
