QAD E-Commerce Functional Lead – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned QAD E-Commerce Functional Lead to drive the design, implementation and support of e-commerce solutions within a manufacturing environment. The role is based onsite in Glendale, WI and reports to the IT leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of QAD E-Commerce modules, including design, build, testing and production rollout.
• Configure and maintain EDI translation and integration using ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards for schedules, ASN and invoice messages.
• Collaborate with business users to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Provide production support, triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Integrate B2B applications with IBM Sterling Integrator and ensure seamless data flow.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with QAD, specifically QAD E-Commerce and MFG-PRO.
• Strong background in EDI processes and standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
• Proven ability to work onsite in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on delivering functional solutions.
