QA and Trafficking Coordinator, Digital Creative

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized QA and Trafficking Coordinator to ensure quality assurance and final‑stage delivery of performance creative assets across paid digital channels. The role supports asset organization, documentation, and readiness for trafficking, helping protect launch timelines and improve asset accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Support QA across the asset delivery workflow, ensuring creative is accurate, complete, channel‑ready, and approved before launch.
• Maintain platform spec sheets and Actualise It project pages with up‑to‑date requirements, delivery details, and channel specs.
• Manage asset uploads to EDAM and coordinate YouTube links for YouTube and UAC channels.
• Review assets for compliance with file format, aspect ratio, resolution, duration, export settings, captions, audio, end cards, CTAs, legal lines, and localization.
• Tag assets with correct metadata and standardized naming conventions.
• Verify delivery of supporting copy, including localized versions, matching creative versions and market requirements.
• Perform final QA, flagging and escalating formatting or compliance issues before release.
• Control versioning across master assets, cutdowns, resizes, and localized variants.
• Route approved assets to channel and media partners with clear documentation.
• Track delivery status and launch readiness, flagging risks or inconsistencies.
• Maintain DAM structures and shared repositories for organized archiving and retrieval.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume asset workflows.
• Comfort collaborating with creative, media, SPP, and localization partners.
• Proactive approach to protecting launch timelines and reducing troubleshooting.

Required skills

• Experience with Digital Asset Management (EDAM).
• Familiarity with YouTube and Universal App Campaign (UAC) platforms.
• Use of Actualise It project pages for spec management.
• Metadata tagging and standardized naming conventions.
