Python Programmer – Technology Consultant (AI/Data Science)

Infosys Financial Services is seeking a Python Programmer to join its AI‑driven transformation team in Jersey City. You will work on cutting‑edge solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance, leveraging data science and artificial intelligence to deliver business value.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, test and integrate new Python features while ensuring system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain repositories and apply codebase changes.
• Implement test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage end‑to‑end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation.
• Experience translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
