Purchasing (PUE) Intern – Summer 2027

About the role

HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company, is offering a summer internship in Purchasing (PUE) for 2027. The role provides hands‑on experience with supplier engagement, project management and ERP systems, preparing interns for entry‑level positions after graduation.

Key responsibilities

• Send Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers and prepare quote comparisons.
• Assist in setting up new SKUs within SAP.
• Support and attend supplier technical reviews to strengthen relationships.
• Contribute to project management activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Organise and analyse data using Microsoft Excel.
• Update supplier and material master data in ERP systems.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Supply Chain, Business or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
