Public Area Attendant

About the role

The Public Area Attendant joins the Housekeeping team at Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans, ensuring that all public spaces—including lobbies, elevators, restrooms, and the Vue Observatory—remain clean, tidy, and well‑stocked for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all public areas by vacuuming, dusting, polishing mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors.
• Remove trash and ensure all surfaces are free of marks.
• Restock restroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap and hand towels.
• Periodically inspect lobby restrooms and the Vue Observatory for cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in the lobby, providing directions and assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
