Proposal Manager – eCOA

About the role

The eCOA Proposal Manager will join Veeva’s Study‑by‑Study proposal team to own the end‑to‑end process for the Veeva eCOA application, from protocol scoping through contract execution and change‑order management. Leveraging clinical‑trial expertise, the role translates complex protocol requirements into accurate, competitive proposals and supports sales Account Partners throughout the contracting phase.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate study protocols to identify required eCOA components (diaries, surveys, assessments) and define precise project scopes.
• Lead the development of detailed, competitive proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for proposal details, addressing technical and operational questions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to refine and scale proposal and contract frameworks, improving efficiency and quality.
• Proactively manage multiple proposal assignments in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, preferably within clinical trial operations or clinical systems (eCOA/ePRO experience preferred).
• Proven track record in proposal development and contract/change‑order management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent project‑management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
• Collaborative and consultative work style.
