Property Attendant – Full‑Time Seasonal

About the role

The Atlantic Oceanside Hotel and Event Center is looking for a dependable Property Attendant to join its Housekeeping team for the season in Bar Harbor, Maine. You will help keep public areas, grounds, and exterior spaces clean and welcoming, supporting the high standards expected by guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior spaces.
• Assist Housekeeping with light tasks and seasonal setup or breakdown.
• Remove trash and recycling from designated areas.
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and guest‑ready.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling needs.
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed.
