About the role

iHeartMedia Markets is hiring a Promotions Street Team member in Phoenix, Arizona. The team supports the planning and execution of local events and promotions that match station branding and client objectives, such as concerts, community activations and live broadcasts. The position is part-time and paid hourly.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of local events and promotions aligned with station branding and client objectives.
• Set up and break down audio equipment, speakers, promotional tents, generators, tables, truss, banners and other staging elements.
• Activate events with games and music, coordinate prize inventory, prize sheets, prize fulfillment and release forms.
• Handle logistics such as venue setup, staffing, signage, giveaways and technical needs.
• Work with Sales, Programming and Marketing teams to build integrated promotional campaigns.
• Serve as on-site lead during events and represent iHeartMedia professionally.
• Engage listeners and clients, maintain promotional inventory and support digital and social media efforts by capturing content.
• Track and report event performance, including attendance, engagement and client satisfaction.
• Drive promotional vehicles such as trucks, vans and jeeps.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects at once.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with the public and clients.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift or move 45-pound objects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools is a plus.
