Project Survey Manager

About the role

Wilson Engineers, a leader in water and wastewater infrastructure and surveying services, is looking for an experienced Project Survey Manager to join its Reno, Nevada office. The role involves leading survey projects from proposal through delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare survey proposals, manage project budgets, and schedule field crews.
• Lead boundary, topographic, construction, and control surveys, and perform complex survey computations.
• Conduct construction staking calculations and analyze title reports, legal descriptions, and map research.
• Produce plats, legal descriptions, tentative maps, parcel maps, final maps, records of survey, and ALTA maps.
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure accurate deliverables.

Required profile

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
• Minimum 6 years of land surveying experience.
• Strong data‑analysis abilities and understanding of surveying principles, methods, and legal requirements.
