Project Senior Engineer – Security Engineering

About the role

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice is seeking a Project Security Engineer III to help clients design, implement, and improve enterprise security solutions that align with business and mission needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage dependencies across stakeholders, drive issue resolution, and translate operational needs into engineering priorities.
• Support design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise security solutions across client environments.
• Analyze security requirements, controls, and configurations to identify gaps and support remediation.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to deliver security workstreams on time and within scope.
• Develop documentation, implementation plans, status reports, and client‑ready deliverables.
• Support security assessments, control validation, and risk reduction across cloud, infrastructure, application, and enterprise platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology.
• Active TS/SCI or SCI eligibility.
• 4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, enterprise security, or information security.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
