Project Manager – US Government Projects

About the role

Kaseware is seeking a Project Manager to lead critical initiatives that support law‑enforcement and corporate security customers. Based in Denver, you will work in a hybrid model, combining office collaboration with remote productivity while delivering high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of implementation projects, ensuring scope, schedule and budget compliance.
• Collaborate directly with customers to develop comprehensive project plans that align requirements with company goals.
• Monitor progress, produce detailed status reports on milestones and deliverables, and proactively communicate with all stakeholders.
• Review and approve project plan modifications, facilitating efficient change management.
• Anticipate future project needs by staying informed of industry trends and maintaining close customer contact.
• Partner with development teams to prioritize customer requirements and shape product road‑maps.
• Travel 25‑50 % to client sites to support on‑site project activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive leadership experience with strong team‑building abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and experience applying quality‑management principles.
• Solid technical background with hands‑on experience in software projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
