Project Manager – Technology Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of regional technology projects focused on network infrastructure and connectivity. The role is onsite in Costa Rica and requires regular travel within the country.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close technology infrastructure and network projects.
• Define and manage schedules, budgets, resources, scope and deliverables.
• Ensure milestones, objectives and commitments are met across all involved areas.
• Manage changes, control deviations and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Coordinate technical teams, suppliers, contractors and business stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, risk‑management sessions and resolve dependencies or impediments.
• Identify, document and mitigate risks while ensuring quality standards.
• Promote process optimisation, automation opportunities and continuous improvement.
• Support implementation activities, including off‑hour work and site visits, and ensure smooth transition to operations and support.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead regional technology projects with emphasis on network infrastructure.
• Strong organizational skills to manage scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Effective communication and coordination with technical and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel within Costa Rica and work onsite at central offices, stores or distribution centers.
