Project Manager, Store Planning & Visual Merchandising

About the role

The Project Manager, Store Planning & Visual Merchandising leads end‑to‑end execution of retail design and visual merchandising initiatives for a multi‑brand portfolio. You will translate creative vision into operational excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple store planning and visual merchandising projects from concept through installation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate installation timelines and ensure readiness for store openings and seasonal rollouts.
• Conduct site visits, oversee installations, and support post‑opening issue resolution.
• Partner with the Director of Retail to turn creative direction into actionable deliverables.
• Review drawings, specifications, and vendor submissions for alignment with design intent.
• Serve as primary contact for external vendors, managing bids, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor project budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing in collaboration with Finance and Procurement.
• Prepare executive‑ready project summaries and status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in retail store design, visual merchandising, or project management.
• Proven experience supporting retail store openings and rollouts.
• Strong understanding of retail environments, fixtures, and visual merchandising standards.
