Product Designer

About the role

Be involved in every step of the product design cycle from discovery to developer handoff and user acceptance testing. Work with business analysts, product managers and tech teams to lead the product design effort.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain quality of the design process and ensure designs translate accurately into code.
• Accurately estimate design tickets during planning sessions.
• Contribute to sketching sessions with non‑designers and create UI deliverables such as style guides and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Identify assumptions, plan moderated usability tests and ensure design choices are data‑driven each sprint.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• Experience working in an agile environment with two‑week sprints.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence in the workflow.
