About the role
Wonder is seeking a Project Manager to streamline software and robotics development for its innovative dining platform. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product, you will embed with the core software engineering team and own the day‑to‑day rhythm of delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and run sprint cadences, including planning, kickoff, daily stand‑ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Translate product milestones into detailed execution schedules and track progress against master timelines.
- Maintain and organize project‑management tools (Jira, Confluence) to reflect true project status.
- Bridge software delivery with the broader Infinite Makeline product, coordinating cross‑functional timelines that include hardware and operational milestones.
- Handle administrative tasks, update documentation, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Required profile
- Strong ownership mindset with a "no task too small" attitude.
- Ability to work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
