Project Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join Enertis Applus+’s fast‑growing renewable energy team in the United States. The role will support technical and administrative aspects of utility‑scale solar projects and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative support and training to colleagues and senior management.
• Manage all types of projects, controlling productivity (time/product ratio) and team performance.
• Monitor deadlines, expectations, and quality of work across civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines.
• Assist the project manager with client communications and coordinate discussions among project participants.
• Take full responsibility for assigned projects and lead them autonomously.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in commercial & industrial or utility‑scale solar consulting, engineering, construction or development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 35 % of the time.
• Advanced degrees or certifications (MS, PhD, MBA, NABCEP, EIT, PE) are a plus.
