Project Manager – Remote (Federal Healthcare)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead Agile software development teams on a large federal government healthcare modernization initiative for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This 100% remote position will oversee the full application and systems lifecycle, ensuring alignment with program objectives, budgets, and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of application and systems projects from intake through delivery using the SAFe DevSecOps framework.
• Lead Agile Scrum teams, coordinate with technical leads, and support CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure modernization.
• Develop and track project schedules, costs, performance metrics, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Present project vision, strategy, and roadmaps to VA leadership and governance groups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience managing complex, large‑scale IT projects.
• Proven ability to communicate technical activities to executive audiences.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Government/Public Trust clearance.
