Project Manager - Precast Concrete

About the role

Enterprise Precast Concrete, a provider of architectural precast components, is looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of projects, keeping them on time, within budget and to client satisfaction. The position is full-time, year-round and based on site.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, scheduling and coordination of projects
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
• Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and subcontractors so project specifications are met
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for timely material delivery
• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects within budget and on schedule
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective solutions

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, processes and materials
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
