Project Manager

About the role

Link Engineering Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of precision test equipment for automotive, aviation, off‑highway, rail and civil‑engineering customers. The role will coordinate technical, schedule and financial aspects of multiple projects while serving as the primary liaison between customers, engineering teams and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, cost estimates and deliverables using MS Project.
• Communicate schedule plans, risks and critical issues directly with customers.
• Drive engineering and manufacturing activities through launch, focusing on critical‑path tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and mitigate risks to timing, cost, quality and reliability.
• Manage quotes and execution of mechanical, rigging, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and civil work.
• Oversee field installations, ensuring safety and alignment with project scope, budget and schedule.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and resolve engineering, performance or supply‑base concerns.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex engineering or manufacturing projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects to on‑time, on‑budget completion.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
