Project Manager – Industrial Manufacturing

About the role

RED Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Manager to join its Production Office in New Orleans. You will oversee the full lifecycle of high‑volume panel manufacturing projects, ensuring safe, efficient, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery for industrial and data‑center customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project data in the ERP system, including setup, change orders, and closeout.
• Coordinate production schedules, material availability, labor resources, and delivery milestones.
• Attend customer meetings to clarify project requirements and support FAT and inspections.
• Use scheduling and control tools to monitor plans, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Conduct project status meetings, prepare reports, and manage document control.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, panel shop, and field services to ensure successful execution.
• Track long‑lead materials, expedite shipments, and support critical supply‑chain activities.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience managing high‑volume manufacturing or panel projects.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, procurement, and production teams.
• Proactive problem‑solving and attention to detail.
