Project Manager – HVAC (Commercial Projects)

About the role

We are a growing mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial plumbing and HVAC projects from planning through completion. The role offers the chance to work on projects ranging from $50k to over $25 million in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial plumbing/HVAC projects, ensuring timely and on‑budget delivery.
• Review and negotiate contracts to secure optimal terms.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor milestones.
• Manage project budgets and provide regular financial updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other construction professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues that could affect timelines or costs.
• Communicate progress and address client concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor work quality and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience managing commercial plumbing or HVAC projects.
• Proven track record handling projects from $50 k up to $25 million.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
