Project Manager – Glazing & Façade Projects

About the role

We are an established glazing and façade contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑end commercial and residential projects throughout the Miami area. You will oversee each project from pre‑construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through completion.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and procurement processes.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure full project understanding.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and consultants.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents to align field and office operations.

Required profile

• 3–7+ years of project management experience in glazing, façade, or exterior envelope construction.
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, window wall, and related systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Proven experience managing project budgets and schedules.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus.
