Project Manager – Energy Infrastructure

About the role

ENFRA is seeking a Project Manager to lead the full life‑cycle of energy infrastructure projects, from inception to close‑out. The role ensures safe delivery, strict adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards while exceeding client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment through site planning, hazard analysis, toolbox talks, and regular site walks.
• Execute projects across all phases, ensuring compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Organise and document operational meetings such as Hand‑Off and Kick‑Off sessions.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements aligned with project estimates.
• Review submittals for conformity with contract drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate quality assurance/quality control activities with relevant personnel.
• Manage BIM coordination and collaborate with the Building Information Management Department.
• Set up project financials, conduct monthly cost reviews, and report deviations.
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable to maintain positive cash flow.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle projects in the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Solid financial acumen for budgeting, cost control, and cash‑flow management.
• Experience working with BIM processes and quality control teams.
