Project Manager – Construction

About the role

DeAngelis Diamond is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across healthcare, commercial, and multi‑family sectors. You will be responsible for coordinating resources, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction while delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage people and materials for successful project execution.
• Lead project teams to meet quality, schedule, budget, safety, and client experience goals.
• Oversee payment processes with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for owners and design professionals.
• Apply DeAngelis Diamond SOPs to daily work.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage schedules, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
• Prepare and present monthly project reports covering cost, change orders, RFIs, safety, and schedule updates.
• Contribute to RFP strategy development and formal project presentations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Passion for construction and a detail‑oriented, “can‑do” attitude.
• Excellent communicator able to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
• Commitment to delivering a positive experience for all stakeholders.
• Strong personal integrity and high ethical standards.
• Willingness to pursue continuous learning through DeAngelis Diamond Academy and industry events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Procore.
• Familiarity with Box, DocuSign, Textura, and Bluebeam.
• Understanding of AIA construction agreements.
