Project Manager – Commercial Roofing

About the role

Best Roofing is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial roofing projects from initiation through close‑out. You will act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects, owning scope, schedule, and budget.
• Administer contracts, change orders, and ensure compliance with scopes of work.
• Maintain project data and track progress using FollowUp CRM.
• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and field operations with the Construction Manager.
• Facilitate client meetings, site visits, and pre‑construction planning sessions.
• Oversee project billing, documentation, collections, and DSO targets.
• Prepare subcontractor pay applications, warranty registrations, and manufacturer inspections.
• Store organized digital files in CompanyCam for audit and reference.
• Track budget forecasts, cost variance, and produce OPM reports.
• Support ECAC meetings with performance updates and budget comparisons.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales to deliver final documentation.
• Ensure OSHA and internal safety policies are followed on all sites.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing commercial roofing projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated competence in budget and schedule control.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
