Project Manager - Commercial

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking experienced and motivated Project Managers to join its Commercial Services team, leading the implementation and ongoing optimization of Veeva Vault Commercial solutions for leading life‑sciences organizations. This remote, full‑time permanent position has no specific work‑location requirement and involves occasional travel (up to 15%) to customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Veeva Commercial solutions, from initiation through go‑live and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary liaison between Veeva and customer stakeholders, aligning business, quality, and IT teams.
• Facilitate execution of strategic roadmaps, managing multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Guide customers in adopting industry and Veeva best practices to realize long‑term value and process optimization.
• Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks and issues, and ensure schedules and scope are maintained.
• Define success metrics and regularly report on project performance and outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in software implementation with strong project‑management and customer‑facing delivery background.
• Proven success leading technology implementations or managing IT operations in consultancy or enterprise environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills, translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.
• Familiarity with content or data‑management platforms.
