Project Manager – Caribbean

About the role

Suffolk is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across the Caribbean region. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and close‑out, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all project resources, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and control budgets throughout each phase.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
