Project Manager – Business Development & Experiential BTL

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to drive business development and lead BTL (Below The Line) experiential projects for global brands. You will combine commercial acumen with hands‑on project execution, building long‑term client relationships while delivering memorable brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, turning client needs into high‑impact projects.
• Lead client meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver compelling presentations.
• Manage projects from planning through execution and closure, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and suppliers across multiple countries.
• Monitor budgets, track profitability, and drive operational efficiencies.
• Continuously propose innovative ideas, trends, and improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in BTL agencies, experiential marketing, events, or related creative industries.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English (advanced) and conversational Spanish.
• Willingness to travel and work across different time zones.
