Project Manager – Biologics Analytical Services

About the role

Catalent is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate Biologics Analytical Services projects at its Kansas City facility. The role is full‑time, on‑site, and involves managing both simple and complex, multi‑site initiatives for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead multi‑disciplinary project teams across relevant functions and, when required, multiple sites.
• Manage execution of customer requirements according to agreed‑upon programs, ensuring milestones are met.
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project plans, capturing new scope through proposals or change orders.
• Track progress against plans, communicate potential delays, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Facilitate project kick‑offs, risk assessments, and escalation pathways to mitigate challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Approximately 2 years of project‑management experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry (preferred).
