Project Manager – Agile & Waterfall Expertise

About the role

PDMI seeks a motivated Project Manager to lead software delivery initiatives from planning through completion. The role combines project leadership with Scrum Master duties to ensure high‑quality outcomes, on‑time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans covering scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams and third‑party vendors for successful execution.
• Monitor performance, milestones, and risks, providing timely solutions or escalations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage scope changes, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, running stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and removing blockers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar IT role.
• Proven ability to manage projects with Agile, Lean, Waterfall, or Iterative methods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with distributed teams.

Required skills

• Project management tools: Monday.com, JIRA, MS Project.
• Productivity suite: Microsoft Office.
• Data visualization and analysis: Tableau, PowerBI, Advanced Excel.
• Project management certifications: PMP, CSM (or equivalent).
