Project Management Consultant – Clinical Data Services

About the role

Veeva Systems is seeking a Project Management Consultant to join its Clinical Data Professional Services team. You will lead implementation projects for Veeva Clinical Data software, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met while driving customer adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and customers to capture Clinical Data requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using tools such as Jira and Smartsheet.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce regular progress reports and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Manage third‑party vendors and integration partners.
• Coordinate with internal life‑science groups (DM, IT, QA, etc.) during implementation phases.
• Create end‑user training and change‑management materials.
• Oversee transition from deployment to post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• 2+ years of experience implementing software solutions.
• 2+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry.
• Proficiency with business software, especially MS Office.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
