Project Installer (HVAC)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Project Installer to join our HVAC team in Charlotte, NC. You will support the bending, fitting, and installation of metal flashing and structural components on a variety of construction projects, ensuring precision and quality throughout each phase.

Key responsibilities

• Support bending, fitting, and installation of metal flashing and structural components.
• Measure, align, and assemble materials to maintain high quality standards.
• Assist with duct layout preparation and installation.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites while adhering to safety protocols.
• Review blueprints and gather required materials for daily tasks.
• Support rigging and equipment placement activities.
• Complete assigned tasks on schedule with minimal rework.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience in construction, HVAC, or sheet‑metal work.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and layouts.
• Knowledge of rigging signals; welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
• Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
