Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to develop and deliver end‑to‑end manufacturing solutions, from concept through industrialisation. In this position you will combine machining expertise, digital engineering tools, and project leadership to create measurable value for our customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical projects from concept to implementation, ensuring scope, quality, timeline and cost targets are met.
• Analyse manufacturing processes and define machining and tooling strategies.
• Use CAD/CAM and simulation tools to optimise processes, proposals, validation and project documentation.
• Provide technical direction on tool design, programming, process optimisation and digital solution validation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including sales, engineering, customer support and technical specialists.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, shaping solutions that deliver clear business value.
• Track project performance, manage risks and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of machining, tooling and industrialisation processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers, sales teams and internal experts.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
