Project Engineer - Construction

About the role

Path Construction is looking for recent college graduates to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ as a Project Engineer. You will support the day‑to‑day management of subcontractors, suppliers, and project documentation across a variety of asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer general contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Monitor jobsite safety and document accident‑prevention measures.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules.
• Procure and expedite materials and equipment.
• Process RFIs, review and coordinate shop drawings and submittals.
• Review project costs, prepare reports, and manage change order documentation.
• Participate in coordination meetings and supervise field installations.
• Conduct quality‑control checks and support project closeout.

Required profile

• Four‑year degree in Building Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• Internship experience in building or construction management.
• OSHA site‑safety experience.
