Project Coordinator

About the role

CerebriOS is seeking a Project Coordinator to keep projects organized and moving forward across its growing remote organization. You will support planning, track tasks and deadlines, coordinate communication between teams, and maintain project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
• Maintain project plans, task trackers, timelines, and documentation.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, action items, and overall project status.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and capture follow‑up notes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal teams.
• Prepare status updates, reports, and presentations for leadership.
• Identify blockers, risks, and dependencies and escalate when needed.
• Support project kickoff, planning, and review activities.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in project coordination, operations, or administration.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach and independent remote work capability.
• Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non‑technical teams.
