Project Coordinator for Behavioral Health Data Programs

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) seeks a Project Coordinator to support behavioral health care reporting across 36 clinics, partnering with the Program Director and Program Evaluator.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and enter data from UAMS primary care clinics and partner FQHCs.
• Collect, manage, and analyze multi‑page survey data for behavioral health services.
• Ensure data entry into the SAMHSA SPARS database and prepare reports for executive committee review.
• Coordinate reporting to meet funding agency evaluation and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field, or high school diploma with four years of project coordination/administrative experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, accuracy, time‑management, and ability to prioritize multiple programs.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to create charts and graphs.
• Experience with Workday, Dropbox, and REDCap or ability to learn similar programs.
