Project Coordinator – Emergency Medicine Administration

About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Emergency Medicine Administration program. You will work closely with the Program Director and Program Evaluator to manage data collection across multiple clinics and partner health centers.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and enter data from 36 clinics, including primary care and FQHC partners.
• Coordinate multi‑page surveys for behavioral health services and ensure accurate entry into the SAMHSA SPARS database.
• Prepare and submit reports for executive committee review to meet funding agency requirements.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the program leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or related field, OR high school diploma with four years of project coordination or administrative support experience.
• Experience with grant management, survey work, and data reporting is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to create charts and graphs.
• Knowledge of Workday business processes.
• Familiarity with Dropbox, REDCap, and ability to learn additional software tools.
