Project Coordinator – Clinical Trial Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Clinical Trial Experience Project Delivery team at Spectrum Science. In this role you will support the delivery of client‑focused projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project team in creating estimates, schedules and timelines, monitoring progress and communicating changes or risks to stakeholders.
• Apply established workflows and best practices across digital and traditional disciplines to achieve project goals on time.
• Coordinate with external vendors (web, translation, print) throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track and record task delivery, maintain project data and assets in the Work Management System (WMS).
• Support digital executions such as website, display, search, social, promotional and email campaigns under supervision.
• Monitor project financial health, report on profitability, variances and identify budgetary risks with guidance from delivery leaders.

Required profile

• Entry‑level or junior professional comfortable working under supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn project management tools, digital marketing processes and data reporting techniques.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with a Work Management System (WMS) or project management software.
• Basic knowledge of digital execution platforms (website, display, search, social, email).
• Ability to use data reporting tools to monitor project profitability and budget.
