Project Architect – Multifamily Residential & Hospitality

About the role

We are partnering with an award‑winning architecture and design firm seeking a well‑rounded Project Architect to work on high‑visibility multifamily residential and hospitality projects in New York. You will contribute across all design phases while collaborating with a highly creative and technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop projects from concept through construction administration, covering schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership and multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and execution.
• Coordinate technical details, resolve design challenges, and maintain project schedules.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design intent.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience on multifamily residential, hospitality, or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong knowledge of all project phases from schematic design through construction administration.
• Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure is preferred.
• Excellent technical, coordination, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (required).
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with Rhino.
• Ability to use visualization software for presentations.
