Project Architect - AEC Development Group

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support project teams through the design and documentation process for small to mid-sized architectural projects.
• Develop comprehensive design and construction documents that meet project objectives, schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, development teams and construction professionals throughout project delivery.
• Manage project design schedules, lead team and consultant meetings, and oversee QA/QC processes and project specifications.
• Research building codes, navigate regulatory approvals, resolve complex technical issues and mentor junior architectural staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with active architectural licensure.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, coordinate consultants and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.
• Building codes and constructability reviews.
• Bluebeam and sustainability credentials such as LEED AP and/or WELL AP are highly desirable.
