Programs & Business Operations Lead – Services

About the role

Airbnb is looking for a Programs & Business Operations Lead to drive growth of its Services business. You will analyze supply and demand across markets, translate insights into operational plans, and help shape the company’s global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights for strategic decisions across key geographical markets.
• Define new metrics and leading indicators, build dashboards, and establish benchmarks for performance tracking.
• Translate data‑driven insights into operational plans that improve efficiency and scale the Services business.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing guidance to Experience Hosts and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop innovative incentive structures, business models, and processes to enable nimble growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience leading high‑growth businesses and influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record of building and scaling new marketplace businesses.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience in a digital or marketplace environment is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced analytical and quantitative analysis capabilities.
• Metric definition, benchmarking, and experimentation experience.
• Dashboard creation and data visualization proficiency.
