Programmatic Sales Executive

About the role

Mason Interactive is launching a new programmatic vertical and needs a seasoned sales professional to lead the effort. Based in Brooklyn with a hybrid work model, you will combine programmatic, search, and social expertise to drive growth for emerging DTC and mid‑market brands.

Key responsibilities

• Generate $2M+ in annual new‑business revenue by selling integrated programmatic campaigns.
• Leverage your existing network and deep knowledge of programmatic platforms.
• Design holistic strategies that blend programmatic display/CTV with Google, Meta, and search optimization.
• Position programmatic as the core for cross‑channel attribution and audience insights.
• Collaborate with mid‑market and emerging brands to tailor solutions.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of programmatic sales experience (e.g., StackAdapt, The Trade Desk, Centro, Basis).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
• Strong network within the programmatic ecosystem.
• Understanding of how programmatic data enhances search and social performance.
