Programmatic Campaign Manager

About the role

Mason Interactive is looking for a Programmatic Campaign Manager to lead and optimise programmatic advertising initiatives for its clients. The role focuses on leveraging The Trade Desk platform to deliver data‑driven results and align campaigns with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can translate performance insights into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Launch, monitor, and optimise programmatic ad campaigns across digital platforms, primarily using The Trade Desk.
• Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that improve performance and drive conversions.
• Prepare detailed client reports and presentations outlining results, insights, and recommendations.
• Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximise ROI.
• Stay current with programmatic advertising trends and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with other departments to integrate programmatic tactics into broader marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on programmatic advertising.
• Proven proficiency with The Trade Desk platform.
• Strong analytical abilities, including statistical analysis and financial modelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
