Program Quality Director

About the role

The Program Quality Director leads the Program Management Office for a large, complex utility capital program. This senior position provides strategic oversight of governance, quality management, performance reporting, and execution excellence across multiple projects.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, procedures, standards, and performance metrics.
• Develop and implement program‑wide quality management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Facilitate executive‑level program reviews and governance meetings.
• Provide strategic oversight of schedule adherence, cost management, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the Program Quality Management Plan, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Direct PMO functions such as reporting, document management, change management, risk management, and lessons‑learned programs.
• Oversee creation of executive dashboards, performance reporting, and program analytics.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading large utility infrastructure programs.
• Proven track record in quality management, governance, and risk management.
• Strong ability to work with executive leadership, client stakeholders, engineering and construction teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
